1. Acceptance of Terms

New Axiom provides software development services including but not limited to web development, mobile application development, AI solutions, blockchain development, and technology consulting services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client responses may affect project timelines and deliverables.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and applications. However, New Axiom retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

New Axiom's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore.
